Every RICOVSUN red light therapy panel goes through a lot of checks before it leaves the factory.
When the parts come in they are checked to make sure they look right have the labels work electrically and are made of the right stuff.
The people who make the LED panels check each one to see if any of the lights are not working, if they are all the brightness and if the colors are right before they put them together.
When they are putting the panels together the technicians check a lot of things. They make sure the circuit board is in the place the power supply is working the fan is running the wires are connected the right way and everything is secure.
After they finish putting it all they turn it on to make sure it works and they leave it on for 72 hours to make sure it keeps working.
